This is an old school friend of mine. An evening of photos, good food and catching up - re-learning my French slang. Paris has always been my favourite place to photograph. It's the city that taught me how.

We sat out on the 36th floor to watch the lunar eclipse. My camera lens was unbelievably unsuited to capturing the moon - but I did have fun with a few shots of Manhattan itself.

I met these two in the South of France at a very Franglais wedding last summer. Next summer, they'll be tying the knot - and we met up in London to mark their minus one anniversary.
There may have been some comments exchanged about beard trimming.
